SILAGUARD

SILAGUARD is an organo-mineral fire-protecting coating for wood, plastic and other combustible substrates. With the application of SILAGUARD, combustible substrates can be upgraded to a “difficult combustibility” class of materials. SILAGUARD is also a fire-resistance and heat-insulating coating for metals and other noncombustible substrates. SILAGUARD has superior properties to fire-resistant coatings based on special epoxy resins or traditional silicates.
